三連板的*ST蓮花(600186.SH)提示風險：預計第一季度營收同比下降幅度較大
格隆匯2月24日丨連續3個漲停的*ST蓮花(600186.SH)發佈風險提示公告，公司所屬行業為食品製造業，主要產品包括味精、雞精、複合調味料、麪粉等。因2020年一季度發生新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情，公司物流配送、經銷商動銷情況均受到一定程度影響，目前公司已復工復產，但復產率尚未達到50%，預計2020年第一季度營業收入較上年同期相比下降幅度較大。目前，公司主營業務和產品結構均未發生重大變化。
公司因2017年、2018年連續兩個會計年度經審計的淨利潤為負值，且2018年度經審計的期末淨資產為負值，公司股票交易已被實施退市風險警示(*ST)，根據《上市規則》14.1.1條(一)、(二)項以及14.1.3條的規定，若公司2019年度經審計的淨利潤仍為負值，或2019年經審計的期末淨資產仍為負值，公司股票將自公司2019年年度報告披露日起停牌，上海證券交易所將在停牌後十五個交易日內作出是否暫停公司股票上市的決定。
周口中院已裁定終止公司重整程序，公司進入重整計劃執行階段，根據《中華人民共和國企業破產法》的相關規定，在重整計劃執行期間，如公司不執行或不能執行重整計劃，公司將被宣告破產。如果公司被宣告破產，根據《上市規則》第14.3.1條第(十二)款的規定，公司股票將面臨被終止上市的風險。
公司執行完畢重整計劃將有利於改善公司資產負債結構，有利於改善經營狀況，避免連續虧損。經公司財務部門初步測算，預計2019年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將實現扭虧為盈，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5500萬元到8200萬元。但公司股票交易仍需符合後續相關監管法規要求，否則仍將面臨暫停上市或者終止上市的風險。
