弘訊科技(603015.SH)台灣子公司擬投建先進製造基地項目
格隆匯2月21日丨弘訊科技(603015.SH)公佈，根據公司戰略發展需要，公司的台灣全資子公司弘訊科技股份有限公司(“台灣弘訊”)於2019年6月已經購得坐落於台灣竹北市的土地，面積為9001.17平方公尺。
就台灣弘訊對該地塊項目的建設投資事宜，公司於2020年2月20日召開第三屆董事會2020年第一次會議，審議通過了《關於台灣子公司投資建設先進製造基地項目》的議案，該議案無需提交股東大會審議。本項目不屬於關聯交易和重大資產重組事項。
投資金額人民幣2.4億元，項目名稱為弘訊科技先進製造基地建設項目；建設週期為18個月，預計於2020年上半年開工。
為適應全球化經濟貿易發展形勢，充分發揮公司現有兩岸地域優勢與各地專業技術與豐富經驗的核心優勢，作好海外戰略佈局，加快實施市場多元化戰略,為公司長遠發展提供保障，擬投資建設該項目。
台灣先進製造基地項目的建設是公司海外戰略的重要組成部分，對公司發展具有深遠意義。公司深諳工業控制技術、工業總線、伺服驅動技術，給各類機械設備提供各種智慧化控制解決方案。在塑料機械領域，公司作為塑料機械控制系統的領航者，積累了豐富的塑機客户資源，並對塑料加工行業的應用有着深刻的理解。在新能源方面，控股子公司意大利EEI擁有新能源領域核心的電力電子技術，新能源發電、轉換、電源逆變技術，全面掌握新能源領域相關的儲能系統、快速充放電系統和和電網平衡、電力管理系統及物理醫療設備研究特殊電源等技術解決方案。
該項目的投資建設旨在抓住智能製造、先進製造裝備產業、新能源行業的發展契機，充分利用現有的技術積累與行業資源，除在原有塑料機械自動化領域加速發展之外，將新增兩項發展主軸：一是先進製造，主要包括自動化關健零組件及系統集成解決方案、工業雲平台建立；二是新能源，擬以此項目基地承接意大利EEI技術與產品(包括潔淨能源、儲能系統、工廠能源管理等)，構建生產、組裝、測試、銷售與服務功能。該項目的實施擴大了海外產能規模，有利於發展台灣當地市場，並輻射東南亞、同時與意大利EEI共同推展歐洲與美國市場，完善集團全球佈局，助推公司國際化發展進程。此外,項目落成後台灣弘訊將集中於該項目基地辦公，大幅改善其研發、生產、辦公經營環境，有助於台灣當地及周邊國家高端人才的引進，充分發揮台灣與周邊國家資源對接優勢。
