錦藝集團控股(00565.HK)中期綜合溢利淨額預減逾60%
格隆匯2月21日丨錦藝集團控股(00565.HK)發佈公告,預期集團截至2019年12月31日止六個月未經審核簡明綜合溢利淨額可能較上年同期出現約逾60%的下降。
公告表示,下降主要是由於包括(1)在購物中心進行更多的維修和保養工作並增加員工薪酬,導致銷售成本增加,累計結餘約逾港幣300萬元;(2)為兩項新銀行借貸支付的手續費約逾港幣700萬元,行政費用因此而增加;及(3)期內由於兩項新銀行借貸本金增加和銀行收取較高的利率,財務費用因此而增加約逾港幣1,100萬元。
