奧克股份(300082.SZ)業績快報 2019年度淨利潤升9.07%至3.55億元
格隆匯2月21日丨奧克股份(300082.SZ)發佈2019年度業績快報，實現營業總收入62.82億元，同比下降15.66%；營業利潤4.38億元，同比增長5.98%；利潤總額4.38億元，同比增長7.68%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.55億元，同比增長9.07%；基本每股收益0.52元。
2019年度，公司營業總收入同比下降15.66%，營業利潤同比增長5.98%，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比增長9.07%。上述指標變動的主要原因系：
(1)報告期內，公司按“聚焦實業、做精主業、資源整合、高端轉化”的經營原則，面對國內外複雜的經濟環境，公司堅定信心、戰略佈局優勢和產業鏈優勢持續發力，重點提升西南地區子公司四川奧克化學有限公司的產量與市場佔有率。實施增量降款，優化結構，進一步做強做大主營業務，收縮毛利低微的貿易業務，公司營業總收入2019年度同比下降，但毛利額及毛利率逆勢同比上升。
(2)公司秉承以客户為中心、為客户創造價值並分享所創造價值的理念，提升工藝標準化與自動化水平，提質擴能，全產全銷。進一步提升裝置產能利用率，降低生產能耗，採取集中原料採購，降低生產成本。努力提升產品毛利空間，實現產銷兩旺，其中主營產品聚羧酸減水劑聚醚單體2019年度銷量逆勢增長，同比增長約18%、銷售毛利率同比增長約2個百分點，市場佔有率進一步提升。
(3)科技引領創新，報告期內公司將自主開發、產學研合作與技術引進深度結合，聘請國際專家打造技術領先研發團隊，有效提升新產品開發和客户服務能力。
(4)2019年公司繼續加強對應收賬款、存貨等分類優化管理，提升週轉率與運行效率。同時啟動資金集中管理方式，改變存貸雙高的局面，資金狀況顯著改善，週轉效率大幅提升，公司財務費用及資產減值損失較去年同期大幅下降。
(5)公司建築化學品加強國際市場開發，沿“一帶一路”出口，同比大幅增長，在國際市場樹立良好品牌形象，提升銷量並創造更多利潤。
