鴻達興業(002002.SZ)子公司與日本旭化成株式會社簽署《年產30萬噸離子交換膜法大型電解裝置合同》

為加快公司氫能戰略的實施，同時加快推進公司24.27億元可轉債募投項目的建設進程，日前，鴻達興業股份有限公司與日本旭化成株式會社簽署《氯鹼制氫合作協議》，充分利用雙方的資源和優勢，從資源、技術、裝備等方面開展合作，推進雙方在氯鹼和氫能領域方面的合作。2020年2月17日，公司全資子公司內蒙古中谷礦業有限責任公司、江蘇金材科技有限公司與日本旭化成株式會社簽署《年產30萬噸離子交換膜法大型電解裝置合同》，加快推動公司氯鹼制氫、儲氫、運氫及氫能應用產業化的發展，合同金額2180.00萬美元。
公司全資子公司內蒙古中谷礦業有限責任公司、江蘇金材科技有限公司向日本旭化成株式會社購買一套 30萬噸/年離子交換膜法大型電解裝置，該裝置以鹽水為原料製造氫氣、燒鹼等產品，整套裝置包括專利和專有技術的許可、工藝設計包裝、技術文件、技術服務及培訓、設備、材料、催化劑、化學品和備品備件等。
