过去周末录约30宗新盘成交 二手楼市录双位数成交

综合市场消息,过去两天周末共录得约30宗新盘成交,按周增加17%。当中新世界(00017.HK)的元朗项目「?颐」共售出15伙,销情表现最理想。另外,会德丰地产的「OASIS KAI TAK」,以及由合景泰富(01813.HK)及龙湖(00960.HK)发展的「尚.?(水盈)」亦分别录得4宗及1宗成交。

在二手市场方面,中原地产十大屋苑周末录得8宗成交,较前一周多1宗,但仍有4个屋苑录得零成交,交投集中於千万元以下中小型物业;美联物业过去周末十大蓝筹屋苑录得约10宗买卖成交,按周升约25%,为自1月25至26日4个周末以来首度重返双位数表现;利嘉阁十大指标屋苑录得10宗二手买卖个案,比对前一周末多2宗,创近四周新高;香港置业港、九及新界十大二手指标蓝筹屋苑录得11宗成交,按周增加6宗,升幅逾1倍,创5周新高。

有地产代理表示,虽然楼市近日受新型冠状病毒疫情影响,交投气氛较淡,但部份业主买家於双方亦做好防疫措施下,仍会照常进行睇楼活动,市场上仍有不少买家对自住有一定需求,亦希望趁近日业主心态较弱的时间进行还价,期望能入市低市价笋盘。
