榮陽實業(02078.HK)預計年度虧損擴大119%
格隆匯2月12日丨榮陽實業(02078.HK)公佈,與2018年同期的除所得税前虧損約2.09億港元相比,公司截至2019年12月31日止年度的綜合財務業績的除所得税前虧損將錄得約119%的增幅。
董事會認為,上述除所得税前虧損增加主要是由於(i)市場競爭激烈加上擁有最高毛利率之電子產品配件分部之銷售額下降,導致毛利貢獻下降;(ii)集團就持續收購及擴充借款導致財務成本上升;(iii)僱員福利開支上升以及為提高本公司之效率及生產力而減少僱員人數以致遣散費上升;及(iv)公司搬遷生產設施以致經營開支上升,而搬遷亦導致初期的勞動力和機器效率下降。
