新地(00016.HK):减免商场租户基本租金30-50%
新地(00016.HK)宣布,为了协助稳定经济、保障就业,正积极与旗下商场商户了解经营状况,并向经营有困难的商户,按个别行业或商户情况减免2月份基本租金3至5成,与租户一起共渡时艰,初步估计纾困措施会令大部分租户受惠。
集团指,关注雇用了大批前线员工的餐饮业,希望纾困措施有助减轻它们的经营压力。
新地指,商场已实行了一系列防疫措施,包括加强公众地方的清洁及消毒、要求所有前线员工在当值前量度体温,并在工作期间配戴口罩等。又指,会继续密切留意疫情和市场的发展,提供适切的措施,作出最合适的应对。
