野村:料中國將再推優惠政策 對物管股保持樂觀看法
野村報告指,由於新型冠狀病毒,中國一些地方政府已宣佈推出支援中小企的措施,預期將會有更多地方政府效仿,亦不排除中央政府會進入推出優惠政策,相信物業管理公司可從中受惠。考量到其防禦性的業務特質、正面的政策環境及積極的增長前景催化劑,對物管股板塊保持樂觀看法,行業首選為雅生活服務(3319.HK)及永升生活服務(1995.HK),均予其"買入"評級。
又指,隨著部分地方政府宣佈減免增值税及社保費用等,假設物管公司在一個季度中可節省50%成本,認為其全年純利可升6%,當中綠城服務(2869.HK)及永升生活服務今年純利增幅料最多,因為其營運開支比率較高。
