龍頭股份：普通民用防護服生產流水線已投產 高速平面口罩自動化生產線預計3月上旬投入運營
格隆匯2月10日丨龍頭股份(600630.SH)公佈，為積極履行社會責任，公司作為一家“老字號”國有品牌企業，秉承“愛國·第一，時尚·健康”的發展理念，以實際行動全力支持疫情防控工作。日前在上海市政府及公司間接控股股東東方國際集團統一部署下，公司日以繼夜、全力以赴、認真部署，防護物資相關產品業務生產得到進一步推進與落實，具體相關防疫產品生產業務進展情況如下：
1、投資改造高速平面口罩自動化生產線項目開展情況
為積極響應國家應對疫情防治所需，緩解疫情防控物資供給緊缺壓力，公司全力以赴，積極落實，通過調整相關生產設施佈局，對原有生產線進行改造、投資引入口罩生產機器設備等相關舉措，推進高速平面口罩自動化生產線應急項目順利實施。
日前，公司全資子公司上海三槍(集團)有限公司下屬子公司上海針織九廠與上海電氣集團下屬贏合科技有限公司及相關口罩生產設備配套供應企業陸續簽署了相關銷售購買意向合同。按照合同協議，公司上海針織九廠擬向贏合科技有限公司及相關企業採購一批高速平面耳帶式全自動口罩製造機及相關口罩生產配套設備。
本次投資改造高速平面口罩自動化生產線項目，預計項目總投入1億元左右，包括機器設備購買、生產線升級改造等。公司預計將在2月中旬起，逐步完成高速平面口罩自動化生產線的安裝、調試，驗收，並得到相關許可後可以逐步投入使用。預計3月上旬可以全部正式投入運營，預測量產後的民用一次性使用口罩，最高產能力爭達到300-500萬隻/日。
2、建設改造防護服生產線項目進展情況
為積極響應國家應對疫情防治所需，緩解疫情防控物資供給緊缺壓力，公司全力以赴，結合自身優勢，積極調整、改造相關生產設施，日前普通民用防護服生產流水線已順利投產，首批2000件民用防護服已於2月5日正式交付上海市經信委並用於疫情防控物資保障調撥。預計產量後普通民用防護服產能可達到數萬套/日。
同時，為積極響應國家應對疫情防治需要，緩解疫情防控醫療物資供給緊缺壓力，公司將積極着手辦理相關醫用隔離服生產許可證，如取得相關批覆，將可以投入部分醫用隔離服的生產。上述事項正在積極推進，日前還存在一定的不確定性。
公司強調，公司以品牌經營和國際貿易為主營業務。公司品牌經營主要以針織、服飾、家紡等產品的生產經營為主。基於當前“新型冠狀病毒”疫情發展迅速，公司上述相關產品生產係為抗擊疫情、積極履行社會責任、響應上海市政府應援疫情防控需要，公司後續所涉產品生產及開發還需依據新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情的發展情況以及上海市政府統一部署，公司將積極做好原材料、人員的調配，嚴格執行排產要求，全力以赴做好生產，保障疫情防控工作。
公司認為上述事項對公司經營業績最終損益影響暫時無法準確評估。主要基於兩方面因素：一、最終生產抗疫物資產品、數量將依據市政府統一部署及實際需求，目前尚存在不確定性，且相關抗疫產品不以盈利為主要目的。二、公司調整生產線後，對原有生產業務影響無法預估。因此目前公司對經營業績最終損益影響暫時無法準確評估。敬請廣大投資者注意風險。
