華潤微(688396.SH)：網上路演時間為2月11日14:00-17:00
格隆匯2月9日丨華潤微(688396.SH)發佈首次公開發行股票並在科創板上市網上路演公告，發行人和保薦機構(主承銷商)將通過網下初步詢價直接確定發行價格，網下不再進行累計投標詢價。此次初始發行股票數量約2.9299億股，佔發行後總股本的25%(超額配售選擇權行使前)。發行人授予保薦機構(主承銷商)不超過初始發行規模15%的超額配售選擇權，若超額配售選擇權全額行使，則發行總股數將擴大至約3.3694億股，約佔發行後總股本的27.71%(超額配售選擇權全額行使後)。此次發行全部為公開發行新股，不設老股轉讓。
此次發行初始戰略配售數量為8789.8214萬股，約佔此次發行數量的30%，約佔超額配售選擇權全額行使後發行總股數的26.09%。最終戰略配售數量與初始戰略配售數量的差額將首先回撥至網下發行。網下初始發行數量約1.6408億股，約佔綠鞋行使前扣除初始戰略配售數量後初始發行數量的80%，約佔綠鞋行使後扣除初始戰略配售數量後初始發行數量的65.88%；回撥機制啟動前、超額配售啟用前，網上初始發行數量4101.9萬股，約佔綠鞋行使前扣除初始戰略配售數量後初始發行數量的20%，回撥機制啟動前、超額配售啟用後，網上初始發行數量為8496.8萬股，約佔綠鞋全額行使後扣除初始戰略配售發行數量後此次發行總量的34.12%。
最終網下、網上發行合計數量為此次發行總數量扣除最終戰略配售數量，網上及網下最終發行數量將根據是否啟用超額配售選擇權及回撥情況確定。
