大和:降中航信(0696.HK)目標價至22港元 評級“買入”
大和發表報告表示,中國新型冠狀病毒疫情持續擴散下,下調中國民航信息網絡(0696.HK)
今年機票預訂量增長預測,由早前估計之按年升10%調整至按年跌1%,更認為其股價仍有進一步下跌空間,但會視之為長線持有的入市良機。
該行表示,內地疫情對今年首季流量帶來重大打擊,以2003年沙士的經驗,預期今年4月之後行業才會復甦,但相信今次反彈幅度將未如當年沙士,因此預期中航信4月開始預訂量按年增長10%,全來計則跌1%。
該行下調其2019至2021年盈利預測1%至16%,目標價相應由24港元降至22港元,此按現金流折現率作估值,維持“
買入
”評級。
