传中国暂停对腾讯音乐与三大唱片公司垄断调查
《彭博》引述消息人士报道,中国反垄断机构已暂停对腾讯音乐与全球三大唱片公司的交易调查。
据悉,国家市场监管总局在今年1月通知暂停对腾讯音乐、环球音乐、索尼音乐(Sony music)及华纳音乐公司的相关调查,但没有透露放弃调查原因,但与此同时腾讯音乐与抖音母公司北京字节跳动科技(ByteDance)达成音乐转授权协议。
当局一直在调查腾讯音乐与三大唱片公司的独家授权协议,因腾讯音乐以高昂价格取得唱片公司的独家授权後,将歌曲出售予中国其他服务平台,如阿里巴巴、网易及北京字节跳动科技,意味着腾讯音乐可将原先高昂的费用转嫁给竞争对手。消息人士称,腾讯音乐取得在中国的独家授权费用是其他国家的两倍。
