藍帆醫療(002382.SZ)：丁腈手套出口美國加徵關税税率降低
格隆匯2月5日丨藍帆醫療(002382.SZ)公佈，公司主要從事醫療及健康防護用品、心腦血管介入器械的研發、生產及銷售，主要產品包括PVC手套、丁腈手套及心腦血管介入器械等，其中部分產品出口美國、歐洲等國家和地區。
近日，美國貿易代表辦公室陸續發佈了第三批2000億美元加徵關税的豁免清單、第四批第一期3000億美元的徵税清單，其中：丁腈非醫療級手套在2000億美元豁免清單中，丁腈醫療級手套在第四批第一期3000億美元的徵税清單中。經核查，公司的丁腈手套產品位列上述清單範疇，對應公司的丁腈非醫療級手套產品將豁免加徵關税，關税税率由28%下降至3%；丁腈醫療級手套產品的關税税率由15%下降至7.5%。此次加徵關税税率的降低，有利於增強公司產品的出口競爭力，為進一步拓展國際市場奠定堅實的基礎，將對公司未來年度的業績及生產經營產生積極正向的影響。在此前的2019年12月，根據中美第一階段經貿協商結果，公司向美國出口的PVC手套(包括醫療級和非醫療級)不會被加徵關税。
公司分別於2019年8月2日和2019年9月20日召開第四屆董事會第二十四次會議、第四屆董事會第二十六次會議，審議通過了關於公開發行可轉換公司債券的相關議案。此次可轉債募投項目包括第三期年產20億支丁腈手套項目、年產40億支PVC健康防護手套項目，具體內容詳見公司指定的信息披露媒體。
公司此次可轉債的董事會預案公告後，已陸續啟動上述新建手套項目的建設，進展順利。公司年產40億支PVC健康防護手套項目一期已通過自籌資金動工建設，將於2020年3月底建成試車；第三期年產20億支丁腈手套項目將在此次可轉債資金到位前、即通過自籌資金開始動工建設。因近期新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情爆發，一次性醫療防護手套供不應求，為滿足日益擴大的國內、國際市場對醫療和健康防護手套需要，待前述項目建成投產、新增產能陸續釋放後，將對增加醫療手套和健康防護手套的市場供應、增厚公司業績起到積極作用。
