曲江文旅(600706.SH)：公司所轄景區自1月24日起暫時關閉
格隆匯2月5日丨曲江文旅(600706.SH)公佈，面對嚴峻的新型冠狀病毒疫情防控形勢，公司積極響應號召，主動作為，切實發揮行業優勢，助力防控新型冠狀病毒疫情，勇擔社會責任。現將有關情況公告如下：
一、公司生產經營情況
根據新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作需要，為避免人員聚集引發交叉感染，切實保障廣大遊客及員工的身體健康安全，公司所轄景區自2020年1月24日起暫時關閉；公司所管轄酒店(含餐飲)自2020年1月27日起暫停營業，恢復運營時間將根據疫情情況以及政府部門要求進一步確定。截止目前，公司及子(分)公司全體員工無疫情疑似感染或確診病例。
二、履行社會責任情況
1、公司利用下轄景區環園廣播、自媒體(微信、微博等)、景區LED、展板、海報標語等形式進行疫情防控宣傳，累計排查2萬多人次，檢查外地車輛300多輛；宣傳1000餘次，最大限度疏散遊客，避免人員聚集。
2、公司為數家市級留觀酒店提供服務，目前共接待隔離觀察人員400餘人，其中183人已安全離店。
3、配合西安曲江新區管理委員會做好社區及寫字樓疫情防控排查工作，公司設立黨員示範服務崗，持續通過電話詢問、入小區走訪等形式，對人員進行排查、登記、體温監測和上報等工作。
4、公司為抗擊疫情前線的醫務工作者、一線工作人員捐贈數萬元物品支持抗擊疫情工作。
三、應對疫情采取的積極措施
面對嚴峻的新型冠狀病毒疫情防控形勢，公司全力投入抗擊疫情工作，第一時間成立了疫情防控領導小組，制訂了《西安曲江文化旅遊股份有限公司疫情防控應急方案》，各景區嚴格執行值班制度，遇有重大突發事件，能夠快速反應、及時應對，同時公司各下屬單位積極做好園區、酒店、餐飲等每日定時殺菌消毒工作，全力保障遊客及員工的身體健康安全。
為降低此次疫情對公司可能產生的影響，公司目前僅保留必要的值班人員，儘可能降低運營成本。此次疫情結束後，公司將即刻恢復下轄景區、酒店、餐飲的經營，並積極開展各類文化節慶主題活動以滿足廣大遊客的需要。
