美联储表示,卷入一马公司(1MDB)丑闻的高盛亚太投资银行业务前联席主管Andrea Vella,永久被禁重投银行业。
Vella被指未有如实披露有关马来西亚商人刘特佐在高盛为一马公司进行的3次承销中所担当角色。刘特佐被指与一马公司资金被挪用有关,该公司由马来西亚前首相纳吉布成立,以投资基建项目。
美联储指,Vella在知情下没有提及刘特佐在事件中的参与,认为他有责任向高盛的小组提供全面及准确内容。
