益生股份(002458.SZ)：公司各項生產經營穩定 未受新冠疫情重大影響
格隆匯2月4日丨益生股份(002458.SZ)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情爆發以來，全國多個省市啟動重大突發公共衞生事件一級響應。為了貫徹各級政府關於做好疫情防控工作的指示精神，公司緊急召開防控疫情的工作部署會議，研究部署新型冠狀病毒疫情防控工作。現就疫情對公司生產經營的影響及公司採取的措施公告如下：
1、人員管理
公司制定並下發關於防範新型冠狀病毒的防控通知，立即暫停招收新員工，推遲員工返廠時間，所有場區封場，非特殊情況，禁止人員進出。
益生股份給員工免費配備了消毒液、酒精、口罩等防疫用品，堅持每天在辦公樓及場區消毒，每天給員工測體温，及時做好防護工作；要求員工儘量避免到人流密集的場合，要求員工在工作期間佩戴醫用外科口罩，避免傳播。
截止目前，公司及各子分公司全體員工均未發現新型冠狀病毒確診或疑似病例。
2、生產經營管理
因公司畜禽場區實行的是封閉式管理，春節前沒有集中放假，生產場區不存在因節後放假，人員返場受阻等情況，目前場區人員充足。
公司飼料由下屬的飼料廠直接供應，公司積極根據各地防控新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的要求，做好物資採購和飼料生產，確保場區飼料、物資供應正常。
截止目前，公司各項生產經營穩定，未受到疫情重大影響。
3、運輸保障
農業農村部、交通運輸部以及公安部於2020年1月30日聯合下發《關於確保“菜籃子”產品和農業生產資料正常流通秩序的緊急通知》(農辦牧〔2020〕7號)，嚴格執行“綠色通道”制度，各地要堅決落實《交通運輸部國家發展改革委財政部關於進一步優化鮮活農產品運輸“綠色通道”政策的通知》(交公路發〔2019〕99號)要求，確保鮮活農產品運輸暢通；嚴禁未經批准擅自設卡攔截、斷路阻斷交通等違法行為，維護“菜籃子”產品和農業生產資料正常流通秩序。同日,山東省農業農村廳、山東省交通運輸廳、山東省公安廳、山東省畜牧獸醫局發佈《關於確保“菜籃子”產品和農牧業生產資料正常流通秩序的緊急通知》(魯農辦字【2020】2號)，確保防控新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情期間農業生產資料運輸及農產品銷售的順暢，保障市場供應。公司積極同各級政府聯繫，確保了公司生產和雞苗銷售運輸通暢。
截止目前，公司生產和雞苗銷售運輸通暢，未受到疫情重大影響。
