意達利(00720.HK)3,200萬美元認購生物製劑CDMO商優先股
意達利控股(00720.HK)公布,認購CBL A系列優先股25.60%;及Chime Biologics擴大後股本(包括CBL普通股及已轉換基準計算之CBL A系列優先股)約11.82%。A系列優先股代價3,200萬美元,將以現金支付。
重組後,CBL集團將持有位於武漢之CDMO(合約開發及生產組織)業務及相關設施,其現時擁有臨床試驗設施以及2個500公升及4個2000公升之生物反應器,為用作生產生物製劑之生產設施。
