港股異動 | 佐丹奴國際收跌近10% 2019年度股東應占溢利料將有所減少
格隆匯1月29日丨佐丹奴國際(0709.HK)今日收報2.21港元,收跌9.8%,成交1062萬港元,最新總市值34.9億港元。佐丹奴國際1月24日盤後發盈警公告稱,根據先前香港會計準則第17號,預計集團可能會取得2019年度未經審核的股東應占溢利減少約38%。或經採納於2019年1月1日生效的新增香港財務報告準則第16號租賃及使用權資產的減值損失後,2019年度未經審核的股東應占溢利減少約50%。減少主要來自於大中華地區市場,主要歸因於零售環境疲弱,異常和暖的冬天以及社會問題等。據悉,佐丹奴國際曾公佈2018年度業績稱,期內銷售額同比增加1.8%至55.09億港元,股東應占除所得税後溢利同比減少4%至4.8億港元。
