大和:降香港中華煤氣(0003.HK)評級至“持有” 目標價16.2港元

將會是香港公用股中唯一可能要面對股價下行的股份,因其核心業務香港煤氣的銷量與酒店款待行業高度相關,而有關行業相信至少在今年上半年會受武漢新型肺炎爆發影響。該行下調對煤氣股份評級,由“
跑贏大市
”下調至“
持有
”,目標價由17.2港元降至16.2港元。
大和表示,煤氣新任管理層在去年中期業績時提到不會改變十送一紅股政策,雖然有疫情發生,但相信管理層會繼續送紅股及固定派息以支持目前股價。
