兴合控股(01891.HK)预期19年度股东应占利润显著下降 同比降幅不少于50%
格隆汇1月23日丨兴合控股(01891.HK)公布,公司预期截至2019年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占利润将显著下降,与2018年的同期利润比较,降幅不少于50%。
公告称,主要是由于(i)自2019年七月起黑色废金属贸易业务的毛利收窄,此乃是客户因应钢铁产品整体价格下降令所提供的采购价下降,加上废金属贸易商之间日趋激烈的竞争致使采购供应品的采购价较高;(ii)为了扩大客户群,就委聘外部物流公司以致运输成本增加,以应对一名来自位于马来西亚半岛东海岸Pahang新客户对黑色废金属不断增加的需求;及(iii)截至2018年12月31日止年度的出售分类为持作出售的资产录得930万马币的一次性收益不存在。
