科沃斯(603486.SH)2019年淨利預降62.89%到75.26%
格隆匯1月23日丨科沃斯(603486.SH)發佈2019年年度業績預告，預計2019年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比，將減少3.05億元到3.65億元，同比減少62.89%到75.26%。歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤與上年同期相比，將減少3.06億元到3.66億元，同比減少65.65%到78.53%。
報告期內，為更好地集中資源在全球市場拓展科沃斯品牌服務機器人業務，公司戰略性收縮並逐步停止服務機器人ODM業務，受該等業務收入下降的影響，公司淨利潤較去年同期也有所下滑。預計由此帶來的淨利潤影響約為1.0億元人民幣。
鑑於低端隨機類掃地機器人受技術類型限制，產品用户體驗不佳，不利於行業滲透率的整體提升，作為國內掃地機器人的領導品牌，公司在報告期內主動減少國內市場低端隨機類產品的推廣和銷售，導致該部分收入和利潤的減少，預計由此帶來的淨利潤影響約為0.7億元人民幣。2019年，公司國內市場全局規劃類產品銷售佔比接近70%，較上年顯著大幅提升。預計2020年公司國內市場全局規劃類產品銷售佔比將進一步提升，從而帶給用户更優質的使用體驗。
報告期內，由於對部分國家地區出口產品關税顯著增加，從而影響公司該部分業務的利潤水平。雖然公司通過價格調整將部分由於關税增加所導致的額外成本向上傳遞給渠道，但公司仍需承受部分由此所帶來的成本提升。預計由此帶來的淨潤影響約為0.5億元人民幣。
報告期內，公司進一步加大研發力度，積極進行前瞻性佈局，特別是在機器視覺和人工智能相關硬件模組和軟件算法的研發投入力度增加，持續高層次研發人才的引進。預計報告期內，公司研發費用較上年同期增加約0.6億元人民幣。
報告期內，公司加大對添可品牌智能生活電器的國內外市場投入，力爭通過添可品牌打造全新的智能生活類電器產品線，推動公司清潔類小家電代工業務板塊的轉型升級。預計報告期內，公司對添可品牌的淨投入約為1.0億元人民幣。
