夢網集團(002123.SZ)大幅下修業績 2019年預虧1.4億元-2.1億元
格隆匯1月22日丨夢網集團(002123.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告修正公告，修正前，預計公司2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為3.35億元-5億元，同比增長326.37%-536.37%；修正後，預計公司2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損1.4億元-2.1億元，而上年同期為盈利7857.09萬元。
業績預告出現差異的原因：
1、2019年11月29日，公司完成下屬子公司遼寧榮信興業電力技術有限公司(以下簡稱“興業電力”)的股權轉讓相關工商變更登記。經財務初步確認，此次轉讓將為公司帶來約2.7億元的投資收益，至此，公司將不再經營電力電子業務。根據《企業會計準則》等相關會計政策要求，基於財務謹慎原則，年審會計師建議將預計達到但尚未達到計提減值標準的電力電子資產也進一步進行計提減值準備，經公司財務部門與年審會計師事務所初步測算，預計將對業績預告期間電力電子業務相關應收賬款、固定資產、存貨等各項資產計提約5億元-5.5億元的減值準備。
2、公司自2015年9月完成重大資產重組至2019年末，電力電子業務持續虧損，鑑於公司此後將不再經營電力電子業務，公司主營企業雲通信業務將主要由下屬子公司運營，故考慮集團公司未來可能無新業務開展，以前年度可彌補虧損對應遞延所得税在2019年度約產生9400萬元轉回。
3、2019年度，公司主營企業雲通信業務繼續實現較好增長，年度企業信息業務量同比增長超62%，富信從2019年初至2019年末收費業務量季度平均環比達到305%的高速增長，2019年11月與華為聯合推出的企業服務號截至2019年12月底受理客户1200餘個。公司全資子公司深圳市夢網科技發展有限公司2019年營業收入初步確認較2018年增長超40%，2019年股票期權激勵計劃、2019年限制性股票激勵計劃及員工持股計劃的考核條件已達成，故還需扣減約2600萬元股權激勵費用。
至此，經過本次計提資產減值，電力資產計提減值全部完成，公司日後的財務結構將不再出現任何原電力電子業務相關的計提減值風險。公司在原有企業短信業務保持穩定高速增長的同時，富信、企業服務號均已呈現出良好成長趨勢，視訊雲業務也在企業級視頻垂直應用上具備商用能力。截至2019年末，公司已收到興業電力的第一期股權轉讓價款，為公司增加2.53億元的現金流。
