蘭太實業(600328.SH)子公司擬建設年產4萬噸糊狀PVC項目
格隆匯1月22日丨蘭太實業(600328.SH)公佈，中鹽吉蘭泰高分子材料有限公司(“高分子公司”)是公司全資子公司,該公司年產8萬噸糊狀PVC項目一期4萬噸裝置自2017年9月投產後運行穩定，各項消耗指標達到或優於設計指標，創造了較好的經濟效益。為了進一步盤活存量資產，釋放氯鹼裝置產能，提高中鹽吉蘭泰氯鹼化工有限公司(“氯鹼公司”)整體經濟效益，高分子公司擬建設二期4萬噸糊狀PVC項目。二期工程與一期4萬噸生產工藝技術相同，使用現有裝置氯乙烯單體、燒鹼等原料，利用現有公用設施及一期工程相應配套設施。項目建成後可減少氯鹼公司鹽酸、氯氣銷售虧損，同時降低電石、燒鹼、PVC、糊樹脂、液氯、鹽酸等生產成本，提高氯鹼公司綜合經濟效益。
項目名稱：年產4萬噸糊狀PVC項目；項目建設內容：項目在內蒙古自治區阿拉善高新技術開發區高分子公司廠區，建設年產4萬噸微懸浮聚合法糊樹脂生產裝置，主要裝置包括糊樹脂聚合、乾燥、粉碎、包裝及單體回收、自動控制等。項目投資概算：項目報批投資估算為約1.7億元，其中建設投資約1.69億元(含設備購置費7623.43萬元、材料及安裝工程費4071.07萬元、建築工程費3271.24萬元、其它費用1892.92萬元)，鋪底流動資金96.92萬元。
項目工藝技術方案：項目糊樹脂工藝技術採用消化吸收引進日本鍾淵技術，即採用微懸浮聚合方法。從高分子公司一期工程和國內生產廠家生產實踐證明，這種工藝技術具有生產工藝成熟、流程可靠、操作穩定等特點，在國內外處於領先水平。項目建設週期：該項目建設週期12個月。
項目建成後正常年均預期銷售收入2.84億元(含税)、年均利潤總額3078萬元、税後財務內部收益率18.23%、總投資收益率17.91%、税後投資回收期(含建設期)6.04年，同時減少了氯鹼公司鹽酸、氯氣銷售虧損，提高氯鹼公司綜合經濟效益。
該項目的投資建設符合公司自身發展要求，生產規模和產品方案合理，工藝技術成熟可靠，項目環保、消防、節能及勞動安全措施符合國家相關標準規範。項目實施後可以充分利用現有裝置公用工程餘量，盤活液氯、電石、人員等存量，進一步提升公司綜合競爭能力。
