大北農(002385.SZ)：DBN9936玉米品種獲得農業轉基因生物安全證書
格隆匯1月21日丨大北農(002385.SZ)公佈，2019年12月30日，農業農村部科技教育司根據《農業植物品種命名規定》第十五條規定，將擬批准頒發農業轉基因生物安全證書的192個植物品種目錄予以公示，目錄中包含公司控股子公司北京大北農生物技術有限公司(“生物技術公司”)的DBN9936玉米品種，公示期為15個工作日，自2019年12月30日至2020年1月20日。
2020年1月21日，農業農村部科技教育司發佈2019年農業轉基因生物安全證書(生產應用)批准清單，生物技術公司DBN9936玉米品種獲得農業轉基因生物安全證書(生產應用)(農基安證字(2019)第291號)，有效期為2019年12月2日至2024年12月2日。這標誌着該性狀產品具備農業轉基因生物安全性，可以用於農業生產和農產品加工，這也是繼2019年2月大豆轉化事件DBN-09004-6在阿根廷獲得種植許可後生物技術公司研發又一個里程碑式進展事件。
玉米品種DBN9936是國內首批獲得轉基因抗蟲耐除草劑玉米農業轉基因生物安全證書的轉化事件，其擁有多項自主知識產權。DBN9936產品經過嚴格測試對危害玉米的主要鱗翅目害蟲包括玉米螟、東方粘蟲、桃蛀螟、棉鈴蟲、勞氏粘蟲、粟灰螟、高粱條螟、二點委夜蛾等具有良好的抗性，同時DBN9936能耐受標籤推薦中劑量4倍的草甘膦，其草甘膦抗性滿足我國大田玉米安全生產的實際使用要求，可以為玉米種植户提供高效、安全、靈活、低成本的雜草解決方案。
此外，經權威機構試驗檢測DBN9936對當前發生的草地貪夜蛾害蟲也具有一定的抗性，同時後續研發的高抗草地貪夜蛾的升級產品將提供更廣泛的昆蟲抗性、以及草甘膦和草銨膦除草劑耐受性。
此次玉米抗蟲耐除草劑玉米品種農業轉基因生物安全證書頒發對於中國玉米產業將是一次重大的技術升級，轉基因技術的應用將為每畝玉米種植增加綜合收益至少100元以上。因此轉基因玉米產業化無論從農民種植效益和玉米種業健康發展，還是從下游飼料養殖企業對高品質玉米原料需求上都將產生重大和積極影響，同時還對我國大田作物種植結構調整和糧食安全具有戰略意義。
