格隆匯1月21日丨朗新科技(300682.SZ)公佈，預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤9.55億元-10.1億元，同比增長409.63%-438.98%。
朗新科技聚焦產業互聯網，採用新一代信息技術打造“產業互聯網應用引擎”，以B2B2C的業務模式，賦能智慧能源、智慧家庭、公共服務、工業互聯網、數字城市、新外貿等行業，助力產業創新和升級，提升客户體驗，創造並分享新的客户價值。
報告期內，公司圍繞產業互聯網業務發展戰略，根據2019年度經營目標和計劃，快速推進各項工作，在公用事業領域市場引領地位鞏固加強的同時，公司進一步加大研發投入，強化技術創新，使得基礎業務與創新業務均取得可喜進展，公司主營業務收入較去年同期實現大幅增長。同時，2019年上半年公司完成了對邦道科技和易視騰科技的重大資產重組，邦道科技和易視騰科技的業務也取得了快速發展，超額完成了業績目標。綜上因素，2019年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比實現大幅增長。
2019年，公司預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為：9.55億元-10.1億元，其中，包含公司通過重大資產重組收購邦道科技產生的一次性投資收益，該筆投資收益的金額為4.99億元，具體計算過程如下：
公司在本次重大資產重組之前持有邦道科技40%的股權，按照會計準則的要求，該股權在本次重組完成後合併報表時，應按照其在購買日的公允價值進行重新計量，根據邦道科技的整體估值16億元計算，其40%股權的公允價值為6.4億元，該公允價值與其賬面價值1.41億元之間的差額為4.99億元，此金額計入公司當期投資收益。
因此，扣除上述邦道科技股權的一次性投資收益後，公司2019年預計實現的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為：4.56億元-5.11億元。
2019年度公司非經常性損益對淨利潤的貢獻金額預計為6.1億元- 6.2億元之間，主要系重組收購產生的一次性投資收益、政府補助收入及同一控制下企業合併產生的子公司期初至合併日的當期淨損益，去年同期此金額為7721萬元。
