恆隆:已向旗下逾7成本港租戶提供租務幫助 並就「武漢肺炎」採取措施
恆隆地產(00101.HK)行政總裁盧韋柏在業績發布會上表示,有見香港過去六個月的零售環境欠佳,集團在去年下半年主動向逾70%的租戶提供幫助,但要視乎地點及其業務,形容超市及餐飲業的影響相對較小。被問及續租租金的下調空間時,他沒有就此作正面回應,僅指希望社會事件對香港零售影響會愈來愈低,會在未來數月繼續與租戶保持聯絡。
被問及「武漢肺炎」會否對集團有影響時,他指出早在12月底時已有採取應對措施,將所有內地及香港物業的清潔頻率由以往的每日一次,增至每日兩次。公司亦有指引予員工,當他們生病時要通報予人事部。而他認為目前仍未看到相關事件對零售勢頭有影響。
他提到,內地與香港市場都會一同發展,指集團一直有參與官地買賣,而地皮亦都不一定要從公開渠道購買,在發展內地業務的同時亦不代表會減慢香港業務的發展。
對於集團2019年度的流動資產大幅下跌,首席財務總監何孝昌指這都是在預計之中,因為集團要在2019年2月初支付杭州地塊的地價,同時2019年亦有數個新物業落成,因此需要支付資本性開支。他又指,在目前息口低企的情況下,集團有意將現金水平逐步降低。
