道恩股份(002838.SZ)2019年度淨利潤預增30%-50%
格隆匯1月20日丨道恩股份(002838.SZ)公佈,預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.59億元-1.84億元,同比增長30%-50%。
報告期內,公司業績增加的主要原因是2018年11月完成了重大資產重組,合併報表中包含了子公司青島海爾新材料研發有限公司的經營業績;同時公司內部加強成本管控,增加銷售收入,提高生產效率,母公司經營業績也實現了增長。
報告期內,非經常性損益對歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤不產生重大影響。
