周末一手樓成交73宗 二手屋苑維持雙位數
綜合市場消息,在剛過去的周末缺乏大型新盤推售,一手市場只有73宗成交,較前一周大幅減少約300宗。長實(01113.HK)旗下的深水(土步)項目「愛海頌」在周末錄34宗成交。
在二手市場方面,中原地產十大屋苑過去兩天錄12宗買賣,較上周末10宗升20%,連升2周,創近12周新高;美聯十大二手藍籌屋苑錄得約13宗買賣成交,雖然按周減約13.3%,仍維持雙位數水平;利嘉閣十大指標屋苑累錄11宗二手買賣個案,按周持平;香港置業港、九及新界十大二手指標藍籌屋苑於周末兩日合共錄得10宗成交,按周減少17%,但仍連續兩周錄得雙位數。
