華力創通(300045.SZ)：正式設立產業發展研究院 旨在構建推動衞星應用等產業發展的新型產業模式和機制
格隆匯1月16日丨華力創通(300045.SZ)公佈，為適應公司戰略發展需要，持續提升公司的核心競爭力，保障產業化措施的落地，公司於近日正式設立產業發展研究院。
公司成立產業發展研究院旨在構建推動衞星應用等產業發展的新型產業模式和機制，進一步加強產業發展的整體謀劃和持續推進的力度，加大公司力量和資源的重新整合力度，發揮企業的創新主體作用，服務於公司中長期戰略目標，是公司戰略落地的重要舉措，對公司未來發展具有積極意義。
充分發揮科技創新對加快經濟發展方式轉變、促進企業技術創新和跨越式發展的重要支撐作用，產業發展研究院下設綜合管理部、衞星應用管理辦公室、雷達信號管理辦公室、市場與國際合作部等部門。
公司成立產業研究院是落實公司發展戰略的重要舉措之一，對公司長遠發展有着積極的影響，但是也可能存在產業發展研究院的運轉管理不達預期等風險。
2020年北斗三號實現全球組網，天通一號已正式商用，02、03星發射後將實現一帶一路覆蓋，基於衞星遙感應用的高分專項建設全部完成。中國民用航空未來將逐步實現北斗系統民航行業應用“全覆蓋、可替代”等。衞星應用產業作為國家戰略支撐新興產業，迎來新的市場發展機遇。
公司現擁有衞星應用、雷達信號處理、仿真測試、軌道交通、無人系統等業務板塊。衞星應用產業是是華力創通的重要發展方向。在北斗導航、衞星移動通信領域，公司利用先發優勢，形成了從芯片、模塊、終端到裝備測試的完備科研生產能力和市場服務體系。
在國防軍工市場，公司提供的核心芯片、終端、系統和解決方案服務於陸、海、空、火箭軍等的手持、車載、機載等主要裝備類型。公司為武裝直升機、軍用運輸機等配套了機載北斗衞星導航設備，特別是承擔了某特種飛機加改裝北斗衞星導航設備的研製生產任務，加大了公司北斗衞星應用系統在航空機載設備領域的推廣應用。
在政府及行業市場，重點在高精度監測領域為客户提供全套相關係統及解決方案，業務覆蓋雲貴川等地災監測、交通橋樑、電力鐵塔等行業。在航空領域，公司配合中國商飛完成了ARJ-21和C919飛機的北斗應用驗證飛行。另外，公司承擔了中國自行設計研製的AG-600鯤龍大型水陸兩棲飛機的全球北斗導航和位置追蹤設備的研發。
鑑於公司在高精度監測、航空機載領域、天通一號應用等多個產業領域已經形成的產業化態勢，有必要形成有效機制協調內外部資源、統籌決策，推動公司產業化戰略落地，實現規模化發展。
