交通銀行(601328.SH)擬向香港子行增資不超300億港元
格隆匯1月16日丨交通銀行(601328.SH)公佈,公司擬分次增加交通銀行(香港)有限公司(以下簡稱“香港子行”)資本金,增資總額不超過300億港元。增資完成後,公司繼續保持對香港子行的全資控股地位。本次增資已經公司董事會審議批准,還需提交公司股東大會審議。
目前,香港子行在港設有43個網點、4間商户理財中心及私人銀行中心,為客户提供個人銀行、企業銀行及私人銀行服務。截至2019年6月30日,香港子行總資產2071.14億港元,淨資產200.38億港元。2019年1-6月實現淨利潤9.64億港元。
本次增資將進一步增強香港子行資本實力,公司將以此為契機,繼續深化香港地區零售及私人銀行業務發展以及香港地區業務的整體穩健發展。
