六福集團(00590.HK)第三季度零售業務銷售下降25%
格隆匯1月16日丨六福集團(00590.HK)披露截至2020年3月31日止年度第三季度零售業務銷售表現,在金價高企、相關事件持續影響市場氣氛的情況下,集團於2020財政年度第三季零售業務同店銷售增長為-25%。黃金產品及珠寶首飾產品的整體同店銷售增長分別為-20%及-32%,整體跌幅比上一季度有所緩和,其中香港及內地市場跌幅收窄,而澳門市場則於2019年10月開始重拾升軌。
香港及澳門市場在高金價及近期持續的社會活動導致訪港旅客人數大幅下滑的情況下,於第三季同店銷售增長錄得-27%,其黃金產品及珠寶首飾產品的同店銷售增長分別為-21%及-35%,其珠寶首飾產品銷售量有雙位數字跌幅,而其平均件價則有低雙位數字升幅。澳門市場在季內整體轉跌為升,尤其黃金產品的同店銷售錄得十位數中段的升幅,而其珠寶產品則持平。2020年1月份首兩週香港同店銷售跌幅漸見收窄,而澳門市場則見持續的增長動力。
集團已採取自然流失方法以節省員工成本,惟未有任何裁員計劃,同時亦積極與香港業主磋商下調租金,店鋪續約與否則視乎有關店鋪於新租金下是否預期有盈利而定,該財政年度續約租金預計為單位數字跌幅,下一財政年度則為雙位數字跌幅。集團未來會於香港市場受社會事件影響較嚴重區域減少店鋪,並於澳門尋找增加店鋪的機遇,預期該財年港澳市場總淨增長3間店鋪。
內地“六福”自營店於第三季同店銷售增長因金價高企及中美貿易戰令宏觀經濟環境欠佳而錄得-12%,其黃金產品及珠寶首飾產品的同店銷售增長分別為-12%及-9%,其各方面銷售跌幅對比上一季度都見收窄,其珠寶首飾產品銷售量及平均件價皆有高單位數字跌幅。另外,內地“六福”店鋪數目佔比達94%的品牌店於季內的同店銷售跌幅收窄至-3%,而其珠寶首飾產品的同店銷售增長為+3%。2020年1月份首兩週內地“六福”自營店及品牌店同店銷售相對第三季皆進一步改善,並重見增長,尤其品牌店在珠寶首飾產品更達雙位數字同店銷售升幅。
在多品牌策略驅動下,集團於第三季期間在內地市場除淨增設88間“六福”店鋪(其中包括淨增設99間品牌店及淨減少11間自營店)外,亦設立39間“Goldstyle”店鋪(當中包括3間自營店及36間品牌店),並減少1間“金至尊”自營店。於2019年12月31日,集團於內地市場有1,969間“六福”店鋪、45間“Goldstyle”店鋪、3間“DearQ”店鋪及3間“金至尊”店鋪,內地市場共有2,020間店鋪。除在澳門積極尋找擴展機遇外,集團將加快在內地之擴展,該財政年度在當地的目標為淨增長不少於300間,大部份為低層級城市品牌店。
於2019年12月31日,集團共有199間“六福”自營店,包括125間設於內地、51間設於香港、12間設於澳門及11間設於海外。於上述日期,連同1,844間內地、1間柬埔寨及2間菲律賓(其中1間為第三季內新開店鋪)的品牌店,集團在世界各地合共設有2,046間“六福”店鋪,加上於內地的其他品牌店鋪,全球共有2,097間店鋪。
