罗杰斯:倘美国经济转差贸易战或重临 局势不稳碍投资者来港
有「商品大王」之称的着名投资者罗杰斯(Jim Rogers)出席上市仪式後表示,中美签订首阶段贸易协议是正面信号,但相信今年随後的时间如美国经济出现负面情况,美国总统特朗普会将矛头转向其他人,届时贸易战便会重临,故他看法并不乐观。他指出考虑到美国大选将举行,特朗普会尽最大努力保持经济向好,但大选之後的局势他就较为担忧。
至於对香港经济的看法,罗杰斯表示香港经济相信会逐步转好,因为之前收到的打击太大,考虑到中国将尽力带动经济向好,香港亦会受惠。他又认为香港局势不稳,希望进入亚洲的投资者不会将香港定位首选地,他们会考虑一些局势较稳定的地区。他又指现时中国市场仍未开放,故香港对国际投资者而言是具吸引力的市场,但假如上海市场开放吸引力或会胜香港。
在油价走势方面,他认为现时油价正在探底,相信未来两至三年随着原油库存向下,油价会再度向上。
