亞洲電視控股(00707.HK)與北京昆尚訂立戰略框架合作協議
格隆匯1月15日丨亞洲電視控股(00707.HK)發佈公告，2020年1月15日，公司全資附屬亞洲電視數碼媒體有限公司與北京昆尚文化傳媒有限責任公司訂立戰略框架合作協議。
根據該戰略框架合作協議雙方有意(i)北京昆尚的《崑崙決》及相關知識產權內容在亞視數碼媒體的OTT數碼電視平台及亞視數碼媒體的機頂盒渠道播出，衍生商品在亞視數碼媒體的OTT數碼電視平台合作銷售，最終合作內容由雙方另行協商且不與在先合作權利衝突為限；(ii)聯合策劃《崑崙決體育頻道》，針對《崑崙決》及相關知識產權內容進行策劃、拍攝、製作各類節目，並於亞視數碼媒體的OTT數碼電視各平台播出(包括亞視數碼媒體OTT數碼電視平台、東南亞發行渠道、海外YouTube渠道等)，最終節目內容、播出渠道及區域範圍等以雙方另行協商為準；(iii)北京昆尚委派人員擔任亞視數碼媒體副台長兼《崑崙決體育頻道》總監，最終的僱用合同將由亞視數碼媒體與北京昆尚委派人員經過進一步談判後簽署；及(iv)分成《崑崙決體育頻道》將產生的收益，包括但不限於：《崑崙決體育頻道》在機頂盒渠道產生的節目訂製收費收益；頻道在OTT數碼網路電視、及東南亞節目分發渠道、YouTube渠道播出產生的收益；頻道產生的贊助收益等。最終收益渠道、雙方分成及結算事宜另行協商並簽訂書面合同再確定。
根據披露，北京昆尚成立於2014年，是目前國內職業搏擊賽事運營單位之一，也是集搏擊賽事執行、電視節目運營等於一體的現代綜合型新鋭文化傳媒公司。旗下品牌賽事《崑崙決》，是一項由北京昆尚原創，掌握核心規則制定權的國際級格鬥賽事。
公告表示，雙方可利用各自的優勢、資源及專長建立穩定而互惠互利的合作關係，訂立戰略框架合作協議與,公司的整體發展策略一致，將使公司把握潛在商機及投資機會，並符合公司及其股東的整體利益。
