精功科技(002006.SZ)收到光伏裝備融資租賃客户部分債權清償款
格隆匯1月14日丨精功科技(002006.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月25日召開了第七屆董事會第十一次會議，審議並通過了《關於光伏裝備融資租賃客户破產重整償債方案的議案》，同意對公司申報的並經山東大海集團有限公司等五十七家公司管理人(“管理人”)認定的2632.06萬元普通債權超過10萬元的債權部分，按《山東大海集團有限公司等五十七家公司合併重整計劃(草案)》提出的普通債權清償方案二的方式處理(現金清償+未獲現金清償部分36%選擇信託計劃)。即：債權本金中10萬元以下(含10萬元)的部分按照100%的清償率一次性現金清償，清償時間與普通債權主債權本金超過10萬元的債權部分一致；普通債權本金中超過10萬元的部分，按照普通債權主債權本金金額10%的比例在2019年12月31日前以現金清償；未獲清償部分按照36%的比例選擇信託計劃Ⅰ，實質通過以資抵債方式實現債權的綜合受償，其餘未獲清償部分的債權，債務人不再清償。
近日，公司收到管理人債權現金清償款292.87萬元，其中：273.21萬元為光伏裝備融資租賃項目普通債權清償款，其餘19.66萬元為普通業務債權清償款。
截至公告披露日，根據《重整計劃》的規定，公司申報並經管理人確認的債權現金清償部分已執行完畢，以信託計劃債轉股清償部分尚未收到管理人信託計劃方案,尚不能確定公司以資抵債方式實現債權的綜合受償情況。
截至目前，公司共收到管理人直接劃付的償債資金292.87萬元。其中包括光伏裝備融資租賃項目普通債權清償款273.21萬元以及公司普通業務債權清償款19.66萬元。對於光伏裝備融資租賃項目普通債權的清償事項，公司前期已計提4429.92萬元壞賬準備金，此次收到管理人支付的273.21萬元償債資金後，公司前期已計提的壞賬準備金最終可轉回金額還需待公司光伏裝備融資租賃業務合作租賃公司——上海金聚融資租賃有限公司債權獲償情況並劃轉給公司合併核算後方可確定；對於普通業務債權清償事項，公司收到清償款後，可轉回公司普通業務債權前期已計提的壞賬準備金19.66萬元，可減少公司損失19.66萬元。
