格隆匯1月14日丨七一二(603712.SH)披露2019年度業績預增公告,公司預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為3.35億元-3.8億元,同比增加49%-69%;公司預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為3.05億元-3.5億元,同比增加103%-133%。
報告期內業績預增的主要原因:(一)公司持續高比例投入研發,進一步增強了核心競爭力,實現了多項新產品的突破,研發項目逐步落地形成銷售業績,產品訂單大幅增加。隨着產品的陸續交付,公司2019年度收入大幅增長,毛利較高的產品收入增幅較大帶動了公司2019年淨利潤的顯著提升。(二)公司不斷加大成本費用控制力度,有效控制各項支出,成本費用率下降,經營效益顯著改善。
