陈启宗:同业捐地借地予政府是好事 集团在港「一尺农地都无」
恒隆地产(00101.HK)董事长陈启宗出席论坛後表示,不就同业最近捐地借地予政府多作回应,仅表示这是一件好事,并声称公司在香港「一尺农地都无」。
被问及集团已有多时没有在港投地,是否对香港发展没有信心时,他声言「香港有太多大孖沙,等人地去争啦,人地唔要先再讲」,认为若香港有一天没有人买地的话,他或许才会买,如1999至2000年的时候般,但他坦言不希望香港回到当时的情况。
他续指,集团不会以香港为本位,觉得在内地买地亦一样,「边到?到钱就去边」。他坦言,集团在香港亦有一些业务,现时在北角正兴建一幢写字楼,并在启德附近兴建一个新的住宅项目。
他对香港中长线楼市的看法仍不错,虽然有人会移民离开香港,但认为有人走亦会有人来,所以觉得香港住宅前景还好。
