永興材料(002756.SZ)：2019年淨利預降0%-10%
格隆匯1月13日丨永興材料(002756.SZ)披露2019年度業績預告，公司預計2019年1-12月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為約3.49億元–約3.87億元，同比下降0.00%-10.00%。報告期內，公司業績變動主要包括如下原因：
（一）由於國家新能源汽車補貼退坡等因素，導致碳酸鋰需求遭受短期影響，碳酸鋰價格開始高位回調，處於階段性低位。基於此，公司根據中國證監會《會計監管風險提示第 8號——商譽減值》相關要求，對前期收購江西永誠鋰業科技有限公司(“永誠鋰業”)形成的商譽進行了初步減值測試，本報告期預計計提商譽減值準備約4000.00萬元-5000.00萬元；
(二)公司控股子公司永誠鋰業對宜春科豐新材料有限公司(“科豐新材”)擁有債權10,489.59萬元(包括但不限於應收賬款、其他應收款、預付賬款等)，債權於公司收購永誠鋰業前就已經存在。上述款項經催收後仍未收回，永誠鋰業已向法院提起訴訟，並進行了財產保全。公司根據案件進展情況並結合保全資產評估價值情況，預計本報告期將對應收宜春科豐的款項計提約2000.00萬元-3000.00萬元的減值準備。
(三)報告期內，公司非經常性損益主要包括兩方面：一是資產處置收益，主要系位於楊家埠街道羅家浜村的工業土地、廠房和附屬物等徵遷及不鏽鋼鍛造車間快鍛機組轉讓所得，對報告期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤影響金額約為7800.00萬元-8800.00萬元。二是獲得再生資源回收財政補助，對報告期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤影響金額約為7000.00萬元-8000.00萬元，公司收到的再生資源回收財政補助與公司日常經營活動相關，具有可續性。
綜上，公司對2019年度經營情況進行了全面評估，並基於審慎原則，進行了相關的會計處理，預計公司2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約3.49億元–3.87億元，同比下降0.00%-10.00%。
