大北農(002385.SZ)獲兩項國家科學技術進步獎二等獎
格隆匯1月10日丨大北農(002385.SZ)公佈,2020年1月10日,2019年度國家科學技術獎勵大會在北京召開。公司榮獲兩項國家科學技術進步獎二等獎:與浙江大學、華南農業大學等7家單位合作完成的“豬健康養殖的飼用抗生素替代關鍵技術及應用”項目,以及與中國農業科學院北京畜牧獸醫研究所、北京農學院、江蘇省農業科學院等7家單位合作完成的“家畜養殖數字化關鍵技術與智能飼餵裝備創制及應用”項目。
“豬健康養殖的飼用抗生素替代關鍵技術及應用”項目主要針對生豬養殖飼用抗生素過量使用和濫用引起的細菌耐藥、抗生素殘留、肉品質下降及土壤水體污染風險等嚴重威脅我國養豬業和飼料產業的問題,歷經16年的系統研究,在新型飼用氨基酸創制、內源氨基酸合成激活與氮高效利用、新型低蛋白質飼料製備等核心技術方面實現了創新突破。該成果獲國家飼料添加劑新產品證書3個,制訂行業標準3項。為食品安全,在飼料禁抗、養殖減抗、產品無抗的飼料行業未來發展大背景下,公司飼用微生物工程國家重點實驗室創制的“約氏乳桿菌”新飼料添加劑(證書編號:新飼證(2015)03號)作為獲獎項目的重要支撐,該產品具有明顯改善腸道微生態、促進養分消化吸收、修復保護腸黏膜等功效,為飼用抗生素替代提供了重要的產品和技術保障,為我國飼料無抗畜禽健康養殖,動物源性食品安全與環境安全具有重要意義。
“家畜養殖數字化關鍵技術與智能飼餵裝備創制與應用”項目主要針對我國家畜精細養殖全面數字化的需求,開展了“飼料營養數據庫與家畜營養動態模型構建”、“家畜電子標識及智能飼餵設備創制”及“環境精準控制及養殖過程數字化平台研發”三方面的研究,歷經多年取得了多項創新性研究成果:建成了功能完整的中國飼料數據庫,獲得了系列化的家畜營養動態模型及日糧配方優化系統;率先實現了家畜電子標識國產化,創制了家畜生命體徵感知系統及智能精準飼餵裝備;創建了家畜環境精準控制系統,形成了家畜養殖數字化管控和畜產品溯源的理論與技術體系。該項目總體實現了主要家畜養殖數字化與智能化的理論與技術創新。公司積極參與中國數據庫建設,收集不同地區的典型飼料原料,進行飼料原料的檢測;參與主要家畜精準飼餵的實驗與智能設備的效果評價和驗證,在所屬企業開展示範與完善,為智能設備與信息系統熟化提供了試驗基地的協調,為本成果的產業化推廣並在全國的示範做出了實質性貢獻。
