永高股份(002641.SZ)子公司2905萬元競得廣州花都一宗一類工業地
格隆匯1月9日丨永高股份(002641.SZ)公佈,公司全資子公司廣東永高塑業發展有限公司(“廣東永高”)根據廣州市規劃和自然資源局花都區分局國有土地使用權網上掛牌出讓公告【穗規劃資源花掛出告字[2019]9號】的要求,於2020年1月6日參與穗規劃資源花掛出告字[2019]9號位於花都區東秀路以北、紅棉大道以東東秀路北地塊的國有建設用地使用權競價,並最終以2905萬元競得摘牌,2020年1月9日廣東永高已與廣州公共資源交易中心簽訂《成交確認書》。
宗地坐落於花都區東秀路以北、紅棉大道以東東秀路北地塊;宗地面積26,260平方米(可建設用地面積:25,923平方米);土地用途:一類工業用地(M1);出讓年限50年;成交價格2905萬元。
此次競拍所得地塊為廣東永高廠區中間地塊,是原計劃納入“三舊”改造,因土地規劃性質屬於非建設用地,和土規現狀不符,當時未辦理供地手續,屬於“三舊”改造歷史遺留問題,廣東永高已實際使用這部分土地。此次取得土地使用權證後,廣東永高可對土地上建有的房屋通過重新設計規劃,啟動報建手續,申請辦理房產證,進而徹底解決該項土地、房產瑕疵情況,有利於廣東永高擴大生產經營,提高生產效益,增強其在華南地區的市場競爭力。
此次購買該土地資金為公司自有資金,不會對公司財務經營狀況產生不利影響,不存在損益公司及全體股東利益的情形。
