豪能股份(603809.SH)與瀘州職業技術學院簽署人才培養校企合作框架協議
格隆匯1月8日丨豪能股份(603809.SH)公佈，公司近日與瀘州職業技術學院簽署了《人才培養校企合作框架協議》。雙方在“資源共享、優勢互補、責任同擔、利益共享”的原則下建立合作關係，通過校企深度融合，充分發揮各自優勢和潛能，定向培養符合機械製造業未來業務發展所需求的複合型高素質人才。
瀘州職業技術學院是經四川省人民政府批准、國家教育部備案的綜合性公辦普通高等學校，是四川省優質高等職業院校立項建設單位、四川省示範性高等職業院校、國家級高技能人才培訓基地、全國職業院校數字校園建設實驗校、全國第三批現代學徒制試點單位、四川省普通高等學校畢業生就業工作先進單位。
框架協議的主要內容如下：1、共建“豪能學院”。在瀘州職業技術學院開設機械製造與自動化專業班，瀘州職業技術學院負責“豪能學院”學員的組織、宣導、管理、監督、考核的具體實施及監管；公司負責“豪能學院”學員的選拔、培養、考評、淘汰、晉升的具體實施及管理。
2、共同培養。包括共同制訂人才培養方案，共同開發崗位技術技能課程與教材，共同組織課堂教學與崗位技術技能培訓、職業資格考證，共同做好學校教師、企業師傅的“雙師型”師資隊伍的建設與管理，共同組織“豪能學院”學生、教師的考核與評價。
3、共建人才培養基地。包括在瀘州職業技術學院掛牌“成都豪能科技股份有限公司複合型高素質人才培養基地”，在公司掛牌“瀘州職業技術學院聯合人才培養基地”。
4、公司捐贈一批數控設備用於瀘州職業技術學院的教學和培訓。
5、合作期限。協議書籤訂之日起至2025 年07 月01 日止，合同期滿後，經雙方友好協商後可續簽。
該框架協議的簽署，旨在結合公司在汽車零部件製造領域的產業資源優勢及瀘州職業技術學院在人才培養方面的優勢，實現雙方供需精準對接，形成高校、企業相互促進、共同發展的雙贏格局。
