銀江股份(300020.SZ)與航天科創研究院簽署戰略合作協議書
格隆匯1月7日丨銀江股份(300020.SZ)公佈，近日，公司(“乙方”)與深圳航天科技創新研究院(“航天科創研究院”或“甲方”)簽訂《戰略合作協議書》，建立戰略合作伙伴關係。公司與航天科創研究院本着優勢互補、共同發展的原則，就共同推進電子車牌技術在交通管理、車路協同、公共安全等智慧城市領域的技術創新和產業化應用達成合作共識，一致同意建立戰略合作關係。
深圳航天科技創新研究院是由中國航天科技集團公司、深圳市政府和哈爾濱工業大學合作，於2000年創辦，原名為深圳國際技術創新研究院，2007年9月引入中國航天科技集團公司，重組後研究院正式更名為“深圳航天科技創新研究院”，成為中國航天科技集團公司的專業公司。
此次合作範圍：
1、技術交流。雙方確定各自技術層面對接負責人，制定定期交流計劃和溝通機制，加深溝通，促進對各自現有的技術架構和解決方案的相互瞭解。
2、專業合作。雙方將致力於電子車牌技術的產業化應用，推動電子車牌數據與其他智慧城市數據的融合創新，通過行業解決方案升級，共同推進行業進步與發展。
(1)技術創新：雙方探索電子車牌與5G、大數據、人工智能等新興技術的融合創新，開展電子車牌技術與產品的創新研發，引領行業技術發展。在申請電子車牌相關技術領域的國家、省部級有關科技項目時，在同等條件下優先選擇對方作為合作伙伴。
(2)解決方案：甲方為乙方提供其電子車牌產品信息、技術支持、應用方案及相應培訓與指導，在交通管理、安全監督、車路協同等電子車牌技術的典型應用場景率先開展解決方案整合，實現甲方電子車牌技術方案與乙方行業解決方案的整合，共同推動智慧城市解決方案的升級。
(3)示範應用：基於電子車牌的交通管理方案，實現動態交通數據採集、區間測速、交通分析預警、城市擁堵收費管理、交通信息發佈等；基於電子車牌的安全監督方案，實現危化品及特種車輛路線規劃、軌跡跟蹤、布控管理等；基於電子車牌的車路協同方案，實現車輛信息採集、車路通信、交通信息服務等。
(4)探索電子車牌運營模式。雙方聯合探索電子車牌在交通精細化管理、基於車輛運行大數據的新商業模式、新業態創新。
3、資源共享。雙方通過市場資源共享，利用各自領域優勢，通過市場活動加深合作關係，促進雙方品牌的推廣。乙方積極推動甲方產品結合到其客户方案中，在技術及運維模式匹配相關保證的情況下，乙方優先採納甲方的電子車牌技術方案，甲方也將在智慧城市領域推薦使用乙方的解決方案和軟件。
航天科創研究院在電子車牌產品信息、技術支持、解決方案有獨特優勢，此次公司與航天科創研究院建立戰略合作，將與航天科創研究院在產品技術及業務層面開展合作，促使電子車牌的產業化應用，推動電子車牌數據與其他智慧城市數據的融合創新，有利於進一步完善公司在智慧城市領域特別是智慧交通領域的整體解決方案。
