潤邦股份(002483.SZ)子公司江蘇省科技成果轉化專項資金項目通過驗收
格隆匯1月6日丨潤邦股份(002483.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司南通潤邦重機有限公司(“潤邦重機”)於2015年與江蘇省科學技術廳簽署了《江蘇省科技成果轉化專項資金項目合同》(項目編號：BA2015125)。根據該合同，江蘇省科學技術廳委託潤邦重機承擔江蘇省科技成果轉化項目中的“智能型多功能移動式港口起重機研發及產業化”項目(“本項目”)的科研任務並提供部分研究經費。本項目起止年限為2015年4月至2018年3月，後經申請本項目延期一年驗收。本項目技術合作單位為南京理工大學。
本項目產業化研究開發任務：(1)100噸移動式港口起重機液壓技術的可靠性、穩定性研究。(2)項目產品40-48米作業範圍的結構優化與參數化設計。(3)多工況下工作負載智能控制技術研究。(4)新型動力系統的應用研究。(5)液壓補油系統研發。(6)嵌入式智能監控與遠程服務單元開發。(7)其他任務(含產業化建設任務、項目管理機制、產學研合作等)。
本項目將得到江蘇省科技成果轉化專項資金總計1200萬元，其中撥款資助1000萬元(2015年撥款800萬元，2016年撥款200萬元)，貸款貼息200萬元。按照江蘇省科技成果轉化專項資金管理辦法，項目資金實行專賬管理，獨立核算，專款專用。公司在收到上述專項資金後，根據合同條款和會計準則的規定，將上述專項資金計入專項應付款，在項目驗收合格後轉入損益。
2019年12月，江蘇省科學技術廳組織驗收委員會對上述項目進行了驗收，驗收委員會認為，該項目完成了合同規定的目標任務，同意通過項目驗收。2020年1月，公司取得由江蘇省科學技術廳下發的《江蘇省科技計劃項目驗收證書》(蘇科驗字<2020>第0480號)。
通過實施本項目，有助於公司快速掌握智能型多功能移動式港口起重機的研發設計、製造等關鍵技術，加快相關研發項目的產業化進程，提升公司的核心競爭力。
上述項目驗收合格後，根據相關規定，項目與資產相關的專項資金172萬元將轉入遞延收益，在資產使用期間轉入當期損益；與收益相關的專項資金828萬元將轉入當期損益。具體的會計處理以年審會計師審計確認後的結果為準。
