SDM GROUP(08363.HK)拟配售不超5000万港元非上市债券
格隆汇1月2日丨SDM GROUP(08363.HK)公布,于2020年1月2日,公司拟向不少于三名承配人配售最高达5000万港元的债券,其中一名承配人为公司的主要股东,彼将认购债券本金额的4960万港元。债券年利率10%,为期2年,将不会申请在联交所或任何其他证券交易所上市。
配售事项所得净额为约4990万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作部分偿还其于2020年1月8日到期金额为7100万港元的公司债券。
