公司於2019年10月31日披露了《關於董事及高級管理人員減持股份計劃公告》，其中董事、總經理王凌雲計劃於2019年11月22日至2020年4月20日以集中競價方式減持5.6萬股，截止本公告日，董事、總經理王凌雲通過集中競價方式減持公司股份5.6萬股，佔公司總股本0.0258%；董事、董事會祕書李林達計劃於2019年11月22日至2020年4月20日以集中競價方式減持4.2萬股，截止本公告日，董事、董事會祕書李林達通過集中競價方式減持公司股份4.19萬股，佔公司總股本0.0193%；副總經理、財務總監葉莉莉計劃於2019年11月22日至2020年4月20日以集中競價方式減持4.2萬股，截止本公告日，副總經理、財務總監葉莉莉通過集中競價方式減持公司股份4.1995萬股，佔公司總股本0.0194%；副總經理袁禕計劃於2019年11月22日至2020年4月20日以集中競價方式減持4.9萬股，截止本公告日，副總經理袁禕通過集中競價方式減持公司股份4.6萬股，佔公司總股本0.0212%。
董事、總經理王凌雲，董事、董事會祕書李林達，副總經理、財務總監葉莉莉，副總經理袁禕本次減持計劃未設置最低減持數量和比例。
結合目前市場行情走勢，基於對公司持續穩定發展的信心和對公司價值的合理判斷，董事、董事會祕書李林達，副總經理、財務總監葉莉莉，副總經理袁禕決定提前終止實施股份減持計劃。
董事、總經理王凌雲已完成本次減持計劃。
