*ST廈工(600815.SH)擬向廈工國貿增資4000萬元
格隆匯12月31日丨*ST廈工(600815.SH)公佈,為了滿足2020年海外渠道規劃以及市場實際需求,解決全資子公司廈門廈工國際貿易有限公司(以下簡稱“廈工國貿”)發展資金問題,公司擬對廈工國貿以現金方式增資人民幣4000萬元。增資完成後,廈工國貿的註冊資本金將由6100萬元增加至1.01億元,公司仍持有其100%股權。本次對廈工國貿進行增資,主要是為了解決廈工國貿在海外子公司和重點市場工程機械產品樣機投放的資金問題,落實公司發展戰略,鞏固廈工品牌在海外市場的知名度。
