天譽置業(00059.HK)斥8.8億人幣購珠海住宅地
天譽置業(00059.HK)公布,間接全資附屬天譽巨榮以代價8.8億元人民幣(下同),向鶴山地產收購珠海地產之全部股權及股東借款,珠海地產持有一幅位於珠海市高欄港經濟區平沙新城,佔地面積約8萬平方米之土地使用權,目前有關地皮正抵押予一間中國信託公司,以獲取6.5億元之貸款。
地皮性質為其他普通商品房用地,建築總面積不超過22萬平方米,土地使用權有效期限為70年,同時須在地皮上配建2.2萬平方米建築面積作為人才住房和公共租賃住房,並無償移交當地政府所有。
