天誉置业(00059.HK)斥8.8亿人币购珠海住宅地
天誉置业(00059.HK)公布,间接全资附属天誉巨荣以代价8.8亿元人民币(下同),向鹤山地产收购珠海地产之全部股权及股东借款,珠海地产持有一幅位於珠海市高栏港经济区平沙新城,占地面积约8万平方米之土地使用权,目前有关地皮正抵押予一间中国信托公司,以获取6.5亿元之贷款。
地皮性质为其他普通商品房用地,建筑总面积不超过22万平方米,土地使用权有效期限为70年,同时须在地皮上配建2.2万平方米建筑面积作为人才住房和公共租赁住房,并无偿移交当地政府所有。
