國浩集團(00053.HK)附屬擬斥1.43億新加坡元聯合參與收購及重建新加坡一處物業

格隆匯12月30日丨國浩集團(00053.HK)發佈公告,於2019年12月27日,國浩房地產(公司擁有66.8%的附屬公司,其股份在新交所上市)的全資附屬公司GLS與Intrepid和HRPL以及CDPL簽訂合資協議,據此,股東同意按協定合資比例聯合參與收購及重建該物業。

根據合資協議,CDPL為進行該項目的合資公司,其中包括,透過投標從獨立第三方整體收購該物業,中標價為9.8億新加坡元,並將該物業重建為2棟配備園景平台、公共地下停車場及公共設施的36層高公寓(共合:376個單位)。

GLS的總出資額為1.43億新加坡元,當中由160萬新加坡元股本及1.42億新加坡元股東貸款組成。

據悉,該物業為位於第九區優越地段的一幅永久業權土地,佔地面積11,924.3平方米及地積比率為3.84,步行即可到達現正興建中的GreatWorld地鐵站。

公司稱,國浩房地產集團從事物業發展及投資業務,並於新加坡、中國、馬來西亞及越南經營業務。該交易於國浩房地產集團一般及日常業務過程中進行。HLHL為新加坡一家知名的物業開發和投資公司。該交易讓國浩房地產集團以較低的資金參與該項目,以保留更多營運資金予其他投資機會。
