金正大(002470.SZ)與華潤集團旗下德潤公司簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯12月29日丨金正大(002470.SZ)公佈，2019年12月27日，公司與德潤生物質開發(香港)有限公司(“德潤公司”)擬在全國範圍內開展高品質高標準有機肥生產銷售、作物種植、土壤改良、品牌農產品生產銷售、物流渠道、產業資本和綠色生態循環農業等方面的戰略合作，雙方簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。
德潤公司是華潤(集團)有限公司(“華潤集團”)旗下專門從事生物質開發的公司，由華潤集團以及下屬相關利潤中心共同出資成立。德潤公司依託並整合集團旗下能源、環保、農業、零售等業務單元，投資生物天然氣和有機肥新興領域，打造現代化能源、環保、循環農業融合發展新型業態，努力為國家東北振興、污染防治、脱貧攻堅和鄉村振興作出積極貢獻。
協議的主要內容如下：1、沼渣沼液高值化利用。雙方以沼渣沼液高值化利用為核心，以產業鏈協同發展為共同目標，推動沼渣沼液生產有機肥產業合作。德潤公司負責秸稈厭氧發酵綜合利用項目的投資、建設、運營，為有機肥生產提供品質合格、標準統一、價格合理的沼渣沼液等原料；充分利用公司有機肥生產技術、輔助原料、物流渠道和銷售網絡，雙方合作實行沼渣沼液的高值化利用。
2、品牌農產品打造。雙方探討、推進在綠色有機農產品生產、銷售方面合作，通過土壤改良、農作物養分管理方案、農產品品質提升、農產品購銷等措施，共同打造標準化農產品生產基地和品牌農產品，利用德潤公司關聯的華潤萬家、華潤五豐等物料渠道和銷售網絡，拓展合作廣度。
3、研發平台設立。充分利用德潤公司資源優勢和公司技術優勢，合作成立研發平台，實現資源共享、優勢互補，共同開發有機肥、生物有機肥等新產品。開展在作物種植、養分管理、土壤修復等方面的試驗示範及應用推廣。
4、產業資本合作。結合上述內容，尋求雙方在資源綜合利用、農業、化工、產業扶貧等行業結合點，通過成立產業基金、項目公司等方式，共同深化戰略合作。
通過此次戰略合作，雙方將充分發揮各自在資源、生態、區位、文化、政策、技術、市場、資本、管理、品牌等方面優勢，雙方通過秸稈綜合利用項目，融合能源化和肥料化兩種利用方式，構建“能源-環保-農業”三位一體循環發展模式，有效增加高品質高標準有機肥供給，推動有機肥替代化肥，促進農業綠色發展和轉型升級。通過綠色有機農產品種植標準化體系的構建及推廣，助力有機農產品品質提升，推動農產品的綠色發展，促進農產品的品牌升級。雙方通過研發以及產業資本等合作，共同探索合作的新模式，助力實現綠色生態循環農業發展戰略。
此次合作能充分發揮各自優勢，增強公司在綠色生態循環農業領域的核心競爭力，積極探索資源整合的新模式、新機制，促進科技成果轉化，促進產業轉型升級，符合公司未來發展戰略。
